Service plans are based on total pounds of mail and packages received annually (12 months). For Example “Plan 360” allows 360 pounds of mail per year.
All Plans include:
- Use of our physical commercial address in El Paso, Texas.
- 12 months of service.
- Receipt of mail and packages from USPS and major delivery companies.
- Limited free storage allowance (PDA) see service details.
- Unused monthly PDA can carry over up to six months
- Mail and package hand delivery to customer or their representative in our storefront.
- Up to 3 consignees, see service details.
- Access to customer online dashboard to view packages, usage and contract information.
- Ample counter space to open packages.
- Customer can leave empty boxes and packaging with us.
- Guaranteed renewal price will be the same as first year.
- Each plan has its own weight limit, free storage allowance & high-volume package allowance.

How to choose a plan
Mexam Mailbox highly recommends new customers start with the “Plan 360”. This is the most popular plan that fits the needs of nearly all.
If customer exceeds the limit, the plan automatically moves up to the next level. Just pay difference in price. No fees to change. Plans can always go up, but never down, we recommend to start small.
For mail only ( no packages ), choose Plan 15.
